Realty World Turkey sustains its growth in Balkans by acquiring the master franchise rights for Bulgaria and Greece after Turkish Republic of North Cyprus.
Mehmet Şükrü İlkel - Chairman of the Board
He was graduated from Department of Mechanical Engineering at Boğaziçi University. Then, he completed the Master of Science in Nuclear and Energy Engineering at Arizona State University.
He has been responsible for the development and management of projects abroad and the Coordination of Electro-Mechanical Works at Garanti Koza. After that, he carried out business in International Project Development, Investment, Service and Finance sectors as the Chairman of Mimel Construction and Strategical Investment Companies founded by him.
Mehmet Şükrü İlkel played a pioneering role in the acquisition of Garanti Koza shares held by Balfour Beatty and Koç Holding at the end of 2003. In 2004, Koç Group and Balfour Beatty shares were sold to Şükrü İlkel with the decision of the Board of Directors. Mr. İlkel still holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors which he took over in 2004.
Sinan Şerifoğlu – General Manager
Sinan Şerifoğlu, who was born in Zonguldak and was graduated from Naval Air War College in 1984. He started his professional career as a Marine Officer at the Naval Forces Command, and later continued as a Sales Specialist at The Boots Company in London England 1990, Auto Sales Manager at Kosifler between 1991 and 1995, Sales Manager at Doğuş Otomotiv in 1995, Sales Manager at Baylas Otomotiv and General Directorate of Century 21 between 2008 and 2015. Mr. Şerifoğlu, joining to Realty World family in 2016, has still been serving as General Manager.
